Emily Stelmaszek: Founder and President

Emily began her fundraising career working for Entertainment Publications in a sales support capacity in 2008.  She learned first-hand what the customers expected and needed to create a successful fundraiser from start to finish.  Over the next 10 years, she continued to grow within the Entertainment organization acquiring extensive experience in sales, service, operations and delivery.  Emily worked with thousands of directors, chair-people, principals, coaches, parents and volunteers listening to their needs while competing against alternative fundraisers.  Understanding that not every group’s fundraising needs were the same, and one solution did not fit all, she started Out of the Box Fundraising. OTB only represents companies with high-quality products and successful revenue-generating reputations built on repeat business.  All of these different fundraising solutions have been tried, tested and tracked for maximum efficiency.  Emily and her team can now provide specific solutions based on the different needs of each group.


Kim Bohn: Vice President of Sales

Kim has held various fundraising lead positions over the last 30 years. From PTO President and Chairperson, to Fundraising Coordinator and Community Volunteer, Kim understands first-hand what fundraisers want.  She also spent the last 15 years as Vice President of Sales for Entertainment Publications offering one of the nation’s most recognizable fundraisers.

Kim now offers her experience and expertise, consulting with groups to provide fundraising solutions for Out of the Box Fundraising.  She takes the time to meet with each group to build a solid understanding of what the group is looking for in a fundraiser. She also brings imaginative ideas to motivate students and volunteers while offering new technology and networking to reach prospects.


Joan Fisher: Senior Customer Support

Joan has held various fundraising positions including PTA board member for many years.  Her professional career has been in customer service and support for the last 10 years.  She is dedicated to providing the best service and support after the sale to insure the delivery, implementation and success of the program.


Laura Weiner: Customer Support

Laura has held various fundraising positions including PTO Treasurer and lead parent volunteer with her son’s youth sports teams.  Her professional career as an administrative assistant and office manager brings organizational and scheduling experience to the organization.  Laura manages multiple projects including overseeing our logistics department, invoicing and customer service.


Susan Stonecipher: Customer Support

Susan has served in several fundraising positions bringing over 5 years of experience with her. She is a part of the customer support and logistics department, helping pave the way for groups to make the sale easy, fun and profitable!
